We hereby disclaims any liability and responsibility whatsoever for damage caused as a result of negligent or improper use of passwords.

2. Purchase Policy
We accept payments through Debit/Credit Cards, online banking, NEFT/RTGS, Demand Drafts. You might be required to provide your debit or credit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing services on the website and app. We advise you not to save debit/credit card details on website and app. You shall not use the credit/debit card which is not lawfully owned by you i.e in any transaction, you must use your own credit/debit card. If we observe or brought to our notice that the card details provided by you are not legally owned by you or is misrepresentation or in a way fraudulent or against banking norms and applicable law(s), then Company may initiate suitable action against that person which deemed appropriate. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. dpmservice will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

The buyer shall be solely responsible for all consequences for the purchase and use of products bought from unauthorised sources including unauthorised website and apps, E-commerce, IT Services marketplace or unauthorised party.

4 Refund and Return policies:
We are committed to deliver you best quality DPM SERVICE Products, services and Education guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the DPM SERVICE Products, Services or Education. you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy. The refund policy is applicable only for DPM SERVICE products in marketable condition, accompanied with an invoice and relevant ID proof of the Customer. This policy does not apply to DPM SERVICE Product that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon the Customers/Direct Sellers to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.

Customer/Direct Sellers may return the dpmservice products within 30 days of purchase subject to following conditions:

If the product is in marketable** condition and is returned within 30 days of invoice date accompanied by original invoice full refund will be given.
If the product is in marketable** condition and is returned within 30 days of invoice date not accompanied by original invoice refund after deduction of Taxes levied will be given.
If the product is in Unmarketable*** condition and is returned within 30 days of invoice date refund value will be assessed by appointed officer/authorised representative and appropriate value will be given.
**Marketable refers to dpmservice products that are unopened and sealed.

***Unmarketable are dpmservice products, which have been partially used/opened/ damaged.

Notes:
The Customer/Direct Seller must return the product(s) to our head office personally or by courier.
Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the customer/ Direct Seller on return. The product can be ‘marketable’ or ‘unmarketable’ depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by our executive.
Sales adjustment of dpmservice Products returned shall be processed in the same Payout. Total Sales of the returned products will be deducted from the returning Direct Sellers account.
If customers return dpmservice directly to dpmservice, directly amount commision adjustment shall be done from the Direct Sellers payout account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from the Direct Seller.

5 dpmservice’s Privacy Statement and Policies
All personal data provided to dpmservice while using the website and app will be handled carefully in accordance with the website and app Privacy Policy. All information provided to us during the use of the website and app must be correct, complete, and up to date. If we have reason to believe that inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete or outdated information or document has been provided/ submitted, access to the website and app may be limited or blocked.

The right to use the password-protected parts of the dpmservice website and app as a DS or a Franchisee ends on termination of the DS Contract or Franchisee Contract without the need for any further actions by dpmservice. In the event of termination thereof, the DS or Franchisee are not permitted to use website and app material and must delete or destroy all stored, printed or copied materials, unless they must be retained to comply with legal requirements.
